Managing account information

To use this feature, you may be required to update the system software.


Check or edit information for PlayStation®Network accounts. You must be signed in to PlayStation®Network to perform these operations. Select (Account Management) under (PlayStation®Network).

You can check or edit information related to your PlayStation®Network accounts.

Sub Account Management

You can review or edit settings for an associated sub account.

  • Parental Control
  • Sub Account Password
Redeem Codes You can redeem a PlayStation®Network Card number or promotion code.
Transaction Management

You can add funds to the wallet that is used for PlayStation®Network services such as PlayStation®Store, or check usage history for various services.

System Activation You can activate or deactivate the PS3™ system or the PSP™ system that you use for the account.
