If you forget your password

To use this feature, you may be required to update the system software.


You can reset your password if you forget it. To reset, you will need to provide the answer to the security question that you selected when you created your PlayStation®Network account.

1.

Select (Sign In) under (PlayStation®Network) in the home menu.

Select [Forgot your Password?] from the sign-in ID (e-mail address) and password screen.
The PlayStation®Network page is displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the operation.
