Changing the way content is displayed

Content saved in the following folders at the root directory level of storage media or USB mass storage devices is displayed by default.

Category		Folder Name
	(Video)	VIDEO
	(Music)	MUSIC
	(Photo)	DCIM * PICTURE

*	This is the folder for storing images recorded in DCF format when taking photographs with a digital camera.

Select the icon for the storage media or USB mass storage device, and then press the Triangle button. Select [Display All] from the options menu to display folders in addition to those listed above.

With Memory Stick™ under (Photo) selected:

Folders and image files stored in the DCIM folder are displayed. Image files included in the PICTURE folder are displayed directly without folders being displayed.

With Memory Stick™ under (Photo) selected:

All folders and image files that belong to the photo category are displayed.

Hints

Only content that can be played under the selected category is displayed with [Display All]. Not all content stored on the media can be displayed.
All folders are displayed by default when playing data discs such as CD-Rs.
An appropriate USB adaptor (not included) is required to use storage media with some models of the PS3™ system.
