Saved data from PlayStation® format software

About internal memory cards

Saved data of PlayStation® format software is stored on memory cards that are created in Memory Stick Duo™ media. These memory cards are called internal memory cards. Two internal memory cards (for MEMORY CARD slot 1 and slot 2) are created for each software title. Internal memory cards are created automatically and stored with the same name as the PlayStation® format software title when PlayStation® format software is downloaded from PLAYSTATION®Store.

Hint

The maximum amount of saved data that can be stored in one internal memory card is 15 blocks. The number of blocks required to save data varies depending on the PlayStation® format software in use.
