You can delete messages from a folder and move them to the trash. On the screen that lists messages, select (Options) > [Delete], select the checkbox to set a checkmark for the messages you want to delete, and then select [Delete].
Messages that are accidentally deleted (moved to the trash) can be placed back into the Inbox or any other folder you select. Select (Trash) > (Folders) and select the checkbox of the message you want to move back, then select [Move to [Inbox]] or [Move To].
Deleting emails from the trash
Select (Options) > [Delete] on the screen that lists messages in the trash, select the checkbox to set a checkmark for the message you want to delete, and then select [Delete].
- You cannot restore emails that you have deleted from the trash.
- Depending on the email service you are using and the settings of your email account, deleting email messages on your system may also delete them from the server.
