Tap 
(Contact List) > 
(Options) > [Add Contact], enter a name and email address, and then tap [OK]. The system can store up to 5,000 email addresses.
When a message is displayed, you can tap [Name <email address>] to add that name to your contact list.
Editing or deleting a contact
Tap (Contact List) > (Options) > [Edit] or [Delete] and follow the on-screen instructions.
Searching for a contact
Tap (Contact List). Touch 
(Index Bar) to display the index bar and then drag the index bar to find a contact.
Deleting all contacts at once
You can delete the contact list by formatting the email application database. Tap (Options) > [Settings] > [Format Email Application Database] and follow the on-screen instructions.
