The LiveArea™ screen for a game displays information related to the game. Flick the LiveArea™ screen up to reveal the communication zone, which lets you communicate in real time with other users who are playing the game.

Tap an action icon to perform the action assigned to the icon in the game. For details about the action icons, see "Using the screens". - B )

Tap the gate to start the game. - C )
- Live items
Live items display various information related to the application. - D )
- Activities
Information about activities, such as the stages completed in games and the trophies earned, appears for you and for the other people who are playing this game. For details about activities, see "Activities".

- Communication zone
Communication zone is an area to display activities.
- To use activities or a communication zone feature, you must be signed up for Sony Entertainment Network on your PS Vita system.
- This feature cannot be used if the use of chat features is not allowed under
(Settings) > [Start] > [PlayStation®Network] > [Sub Account Management]. - When the LiveArea™ screens of multiple applications are open, flick the screen left and right to go back and forth between LiveArea™ screens and the home screen.
- When on the LiveArea™ screen, press the PS button to view the index screen, on which you can view a list of open LiveArea™ screens.
