Managing account information

To use this feature, you may be required to update the system software.

Check or edit information for Sony Entertainment Network accounts. You must be signed in to PSNSM to perform these operations. Select (Account Management) under (PlayStation™Network).

Account Information

You can check or edit information related to your PSNSM accounts.

  • Sign-In ID (E-mail Address)

  • System Language
  • Name

  • Notification Preferences
Sub Account Management

You can review or edit settings for an associated sub account.

  • Parental Control
  • Sub Account Password
Redeem Codes You can redeem a PSNSM Card number or promotion code.
Transaction Management

You can add funds to the wallet that is used for PSNSM services such as PlayStation®Store, or check usage history for various services.

System Activation You can activate or deactivate the PS3™ system or the PSP™ system that you use for the account.
Privacy Settings You can set the group of players who can see your trophies, and set who to receive Friend requests and messages from.
You can also adjust for each game whether to show the trophies you earned. For details, refer to [Trophy Collection] in this guide.
