If you forget your password

To use this feature, you must maintain your system to always have the latest version of the system software installed.


You can reset your password if you forget it.

1.

Select (Sign In) under (Friends) in the home menu.

2.

Select [Forgot your Password?] from the sign-in ID (email address) and password screen.
The PLAYSTATION®Network page is displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the operation.
