When there are links contained within a screen, if you press a directional button, the pointer will move to the next link in that direction.
If you press a directional button while holding down button, you can scroll by screen.
If you move the analog stick while holding down button, you can scroll in the direction you move the stick.
On pages with multiple frames, you can scroll within the frame containing the pointer. Use the analog stick to move the pointer from one frame to another, and then press the button.
