Sending or receiving voicemail    

Skype voicemail is a paid feature that you can use to send a voice message to another Skype user. You can send voicemail regardless of whether the contact is online or offline. To use voicemail, the sending or receiving Skype users must subscribe to Skype Voicemail in advance by using Skype Credit or by another means such as a credit card.

Sending voicemail

Select (Contacts) from the Skype menu screen.

Select the icon of the person to whom you want to send voicemail, and then press the triangle button.

Select [Send Voicemail].
Record voicemail according to the answer message. You can record a message up to 10 minutes long. To use the voicemail service, you must connect an audio input device that supports Skype for the PSP™ system.

When you are finished recording, the voicemail is sent automatically.

Receiving voicemail

When voicemail is delivered, it is displayed in (History).

Select the (Voicemail) message that you want to play from (History) on the Skype menu screen. The voicemail will then play.

Hint

Voicemail that was sent to you when you were offline is automatically received when you sign in to Skype.
