Setting up the connection  

You can set the Bluetooth® device as an access point for use when connecting your PSP™ system to the Internet. Before making this setting, you must register (pair) the device with your system. For details about registering the device, see (Settings) > (Bluetooth® Device Settings) in this guide.

1.

Select (Settings) > (Network Settings) > [Infrastructure Mode].

Select [New Connection].

Select [Bluetooth® Modem].

Select the Bluetooth® device that you want to use.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the operation.

Save the settings.

6.

Test the connection.
When you select [Test Connection], your system will connect to the selected access point.

7.

Confirm the connection test results.
If the connection is successful, information about the network connection will be displayed.

Hint

When registering a mobile phone, you may be asked to enter information for fields such as [Dial-up Number] or [User Name]. If you do not know this information, contact the service provider for your mobile phone.
