Settings Input Languages

You can set the languages you will use for text input.

Keyboards/Add Terms

You can set the language (keyboard) you will use to enter text. You can set multiple keyboards and switch back and forth between them.
You can also add frequently used terms in each language.

Add/Edit Term

Select a language, and then select [Add/Edit Term].

Select (Options) > [Add Term].
If you have selected [Japanese] in step 1, enter the term and its reading. These terms are displayed as suggestions when you are using the keyboard and you enter the reading of the term.
If you have selected a language other than [Japanese] in step 1, enter a term. These terms will be displayed as suggestions when you are using the keyboard and you enter the first few letters of the terms.

You cannot add terms for some languages.

Auto Capitalization

When enabled, the first letter of a sentence will be changed to uppercase when text is entered.
To disable auto capitalization, select the checkbox to remove the checkmark.

Predictive Text Entry

When enabled, the predicted input selections based on the characters entered will be displayed when you enter some text.
To disable predictive text entry, select the checkbox to remove the checkmark.
