Joining events

You can find and join events that are being held for specific games as well as events for official gameplay broadcasts.

Select (Events) from the function screen.

Select the event that you want to join.

Select [Register] on the details screen for the event.
Set a checkmark in [Auto-Join at Start Time] if you want your PS4™ system to start and join the event automatically when the event begins.
If you do not set a checkmark, you can still join the event by selecting [Join] on the details screen for the event.
  • To enable automatic startup of your PS4™ system, your system must be in rest mode. Even if your system starts automatically, it will enter rest mode after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • If your system is set to automatically join multiple events that begin at the same time, it will automatically join the last event you selected.
  • To change settings related to joining events automatically, press the OPTIONS button on the details screen for the event, and then select [Auto-Join at Start Time].
