Making calls to standard (landline or mobile) phones (SkypeOut)    

You can use Skype to make a call* to a standard (landline or mobile) phone. To use this feature, you must purchase Skype Credit in advance (for per-minute calling).

You must connect an audio input device that supports Skype for the PSP™ system.

1.

Select (Dial) from the Skype menu screen.

2.

Select [Country/Region Code], and then select the country or region code from the list.

3.

Select [Phone Number], enter the number that you want to call, and then select [Enter].

4.

Select [Start Call].
When the contact receives the call, you can begin talking.

Notice

You cannot make emergency calls using Skype. Skype is not a replacement for your standard (landline or mobile) phone and cannot be used for emergency calling. See Skype's terms and conditions at www.skype.com/eula and www.skype.com/tos.
